Consignment FAQ

1. What can I consign? 

We accept antique clothing, vintage clothing and accessories. Basically, clothing 20 years old or older.

2. Do I have to send pictures of my items for use at your website?

No. We do all the work. We authenticate, photograph, price, market, and sell your items fast which means less work for you. It's that easy.

3. How do I send my items to you?

When you consign with us, you will receive a shipping label to send your items to us at no cost to you.

4. Will all of my items be posted in your website?

All of your items will be inspected and evaluated subject to our Quality and Standard Guideline. You will be notified which items are accepted and which ones are not within 30 working days we received your items.

5. What happens to my items which you did not accept?

We will return it to you subject to a $10.00 fee per dozen or we can donate it to charity of our choice upon your request. We accept everything vintage provided it conforms to our Quality and Standard Guideline.

6. When do you post my accepted items in your website?

Your items will be posted within 30 working days from the date of acceptance and we will notify you once its up.

7. How long will you have my items be posted in your site?

Until it gets sold, at the end of the agreement, or until you requested to return it to you subject to the "90 day rule". Please click here for details.

8. How much do I get paid?

You will get 50% of the Net Selling price. We always price our item to the highest value possible which means you'll get paid more.

9. How do I get paid?

Payouts are sent via Paypal only. We process payouts weekly every Friday.

10. How is the price of my items set?

We use a set of rules to get the most value for your items based on its condition, age, rarity, and overall uniqueness.
